*Pricing displayed is for non- valet customers. Two visits are required. The first to pre-treat your spa for deep cleaning and the second to refresh with new water and balanced chemistry. Depending on location of hot tub and length of fill time for hot tub from water source - pricing may vary.Pricing does not include start up supplies. Supplies can be added to your order at time of scheduling. New England Spas recommends, at minimum, the following supplies at every drain/refill: Sanitizer Side Kick, Silky Smooth, Metal Gon, Zorbie, Mouse Away. Your valet technician will deliver these items and charge for them unless you inform the service representative that you do not want them at the time you schedule your appointment.

*Requires weekly maintenance by homeowner on the "off weeks". A plan for the weekly treatment is developed with the water care technician. Pre-pay for the year and get 1 drain, clean, and refill for free ($599 value). Pay as you go for $179 a month.

-Check temperature calibration
-Rinse and clean filters with Instant Cartridge cleaner (weather permitting)
-Test operations of the tub
-Clean with cover protectant
-Vacuum sand/grit/debris on spa floor
-Free delivery of chemicals & accessories

Gold service gives you peace of mind that your tub is working properly and is available on a pay as you go, month-to-month basis ($249 per visit). For the best savings, purchase a year and get 1 drain, clean, and refill free ($599 value).
